Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping via FedEx Ground. If needed, you may expedite your order via FedEx 2-Day for $20 or FedEx Overnight for $30. Orders will be shipped pending product availability from our warehouse in New York.

DELIVERY TIMINGOrders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed before noon ET will be processed the same day and orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York and ship via FedEx Ground unless expedited. RETURNING AN ITEMIf you don't love your purchase, send it back within 21 days for a full refund—minus a $2 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. LATE RETURNSReturns must be requested within 21 days of the ship date. Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit.

FAULTY GOODSAEBE is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, there may be rare occasions when a defective item is shipped. If you find a product to be defective please email customerservice@aebecollection.com immediately—include your PO Number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to inventory availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
